Refund Policy

 Thank you for your purchase at Kokolibree, we hope you enjoy your new t-shirt! 

We understand that online purchases can sometimes be the wrong size. That is why we offer a flexible size exchange policy for personalized t-shirts.

 

Size exchanges:

We accept size exchanges for personalized t-shirts within 10 days of the purchase date.

T-shirts must be unworn, in their original packaging and with the tags attached.

Shipping costs for the size exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns:

We do not accept returns for personalized t-shirts, as they are a made-to-order product.

Returns will only be accepted for personalized t-shirts that have a manufacturing defect. To request a return for a manufacturing defect, contact us at bono.andre@gmail.com or call us at +52 5559643905.

 

Printing issues:

If there is a problem with the printing after 30 days, we offer a re-print as long as the product's washing processes have been followed.

All t-shirts will have a certificate of origin issued and sent by kokolibree that certifies the origin of the purchase.

 

Exceptions:

No changes or returns will be accepted for personalized t-shirts that have been damaged by the customer. No changes or returns will be accepted for personalized t-shirts that have been modified by the customer. No changes or returns will be accepted for personalized t-shirts that have been used.

 

Refunds:

Upon approval of a return, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval of the return.
